I edited this picture of my car to show how it makes me feel. In a world of muted color and distraction, my Beetle *pops*. I love all VWs, and a lot of cars from other brands too, but I would still choose mine over any other every day of the week.

My car is black. It does not pop... ever. But I bought it used for a very fair price, so I can’t complain too much.

I feel the same way about my RX-8. When I see another one on the road, usually in black or silver, I think it’s nice and all. But, I think my blue one just looks fantastic. Color really matters.

Man they need to do an RSi for the new body style. I know RWB did a custom beetle with Tanner Foust but VW sold do one of their own

Pretty good. Got all the Korean joints 5 mins north in Annandale, beltway’s 2 mins east (work in DC so that’s good)...about as close as you can get with a yard and a garage without paying half a million bucks, neighborhood is quiet/safe, house prices still appreciating like mad, fairly close to Dulles (travel to SFO at least monthly for work)

So yeah, not ideal for me...still a rural guy at heart, but pretty decent, I’m happy up here.

The last one was repulsive. The new one I don't mind, but I definitely wouldn't have one unless it was given to me. Just not my kind of car more than anything

Probably an old guy. We have a lot of customers who have GTIs and get them serviced here who are past what should be their GTI days, and use them to commute in.
